The entire organization, from receptionists to neurosurgeons, demonstrate kindness, professionalism, and efficiency while maintaining a patient focus. Dr. Tobler has operated on my back twice recently. Each fusion (cervical and lumbar) was a complete success. He is a marvelous surgeon, and I was lucky to be his patient. He is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and pro-active. Perhaps you might be as lucky as I am to have Dr. Tobler for your doctor.

Dr. McPherson is amazing!!! I suffered from severe back pain for 8 months. It got so bad I couldn't even work. I was shuffled around from doctor to doctor with little to no relief. I tried a ton of different medications and therapies. NOTHING helped. I went to Mayfeild and they were the first place I felt took my condition seriously. Dr. McPherson and Gerald Brown were understanding, knowledgeable, patient and professional with their care. Dr. McPherson performed my surgery and other than the pain from surgery recovery which was minimal I was healed instantly. I am so thankful it makes me emotional thinking of it. To finally be able to live life again and he there for my husband and kids is a feeling I can't even describe. If I could give 20 out of 5 stars I would.
Just called Mayfield Clinic for the first time, to make an appointment. It was the worst experience I've ever had. They were so rude, short with me and acted like I was a burden to them for calling. Really questioning my decision on using them at all. I have never been treated so rudely. Get better customer service agents Mayfield!!!
